Technical Electrician

to join our team. This unique role combines your expertise in electrical systems with your ability to build client relationships and drive sales. You'll be the expert on-site, not only performing installations and maintenance but also advising clients on the best lighting solutions to fit their needs and enhance their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and service a wide range of lighting systems

, including residential, commercial, and decorative lighting. Conduct on-site technical assessments, troubleshoot electrical issues, and perform maintenance and repairs.

Act as a sales consultant

, identifying client needs and recommending our premium lighting products and services. Provide accurate and transparent quotes for projects, ensuring a clear understanding of costs and timelines. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a licensed or certified electrician, with a specialization in lighting systems.

Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer-facing role

, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Fluent in both Arabic and English

, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of modern lighting technologies, including LED, smart lighting, and energy-efficient solutions. A valid UAE driver's license. A professional and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. A diploma or certification in electrical technology is a plus.
