We are seeking a passionate and bilingual Arabic Game Operations Specialist to be the bridge between our games and our players. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Arabic-speaking community, managing in-game operations, and helping to grow our player base.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support in Arabic, addressing player inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of game updates, in-game events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on operational data to help improve the player experience.
  • Proactively gather player feedback and maintain positive relationships with the user community.
  • Collaborate with social media and community teams to execute joint promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and strong communication skills in Chinese.
  • Genuine passion for the gaming industry; prior experience as a dedicated mobile gamer is a significant advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
