We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Arabic-Speaking Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling government-related transactions, administrative coordination, and document processing to ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise effectively with government authorities such as Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA, Trakhees, MOHRE, and other agencies for various approvals, permits, and renewals.
Prepare, translate, and submit required documentation for licenses, permits, and company registration updates.
Assist in ICV certificate registration, GPSSA registration/deregistration, and other corporate compliance processes.
Coordinate administrative tasks related to tenancy renewals, Ejari, and DED documentation.
Support the procurement and renewal of company permits, NOCs, and related documents.
Handle internal communication and document translation between Arabic and English when required.
Maintain accurate records and trackers for all government transactions.
Collaborate closely with the HR and Admin teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of UAE government portals and processes (DM, RTA, Trakhees, MOHRE, DED, ICA, etc.).
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); IT knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
