Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and site inspections.
Provide clients with market analysis, pricing guidance, and investment insights.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and procedures.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
List properties through various platforms and marketing channels.
Prepare documentation such as contracts, agreements, and legal forms.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Familiar with CRM systems and real estate listing portals.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required).
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
