We're looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking travel consultant with solid ticketing skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings using Amadeus or other GDS platforms
Assist clients with travel planning and basic package recommendations
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all bookings
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a travel agency (ticketing focused)
Amadeus proficiency is a must
Knowledge of Dubai's travel market
IATA or airline ticketing certification is a plus
