Own the full sales cycle, generate/qualify leads, prepare proposals, apply
daily
to government tenders, negotiate, and close. Work closely with Marketing to convert demand into revenue across marketing, media, web/app, and AI services.
Core Responsibilities
Build pipeline via outbound/inbound; book discovery meetings; maintain CRM hygiene.
Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and map stakeholders.
Prepare compliant technical & commercial proposals; coordinate inputs with tech/creative teams.
Monitor portals and submit

RFP/RFQ/tender responses; manage clarifications and vendor docs.
Negotiate terms, secure POs/contracts, and hand over smoothly to delivery teams.
Track forecasts, win/loss reasons, cycle length; refine pricing and proposal templates.
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and lead nurturing to lift MQL?SQL.
Qualifications
2-3 years B2B sales or tendering in digital/IT services (marketing, media, web/app).
Proven target attainment and multi-stakeholder deal closing.
Strong proposal/tender writing and compliance know-how; excellent communication & negotiation.
