About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented
Auto-Workshop
Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Record customer concerns and translate them into accurate repair orders for the workshop.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion and quality checks.
Provide accurate cost estimates and explain service details to customers.
Follow up with customers for approvals and post-service feedback.
Maintain detailed service records and update the CRM or ERP system.
Handle customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction.
Work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience as a Service Advisor
in the UAE automotive industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of ERP or automotive workshop management software preferred.
