Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
Communicate with customers in
Arabic and English
, ensuring clear understanding of their concerns.
Record customer requirements accurately and prepare job cards/work orders.
Provide professional advice on service, maintenance, and repair needs based on manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
Keep customers updated on job progress, costs, and delivery timelines.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers in excellent condition with all requested work completed.
Promote additional services, packages, or maintenance programs where applicable.
Maintain service records in the company's system.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (minimum 2-3 years, preferably in dealership/authorized workshops).
Fluent in Arabic
(speaking, reading, writing) and good command of English.
Strong technical understanding of vehicles (mechanical & electrical basics).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and automotive service management systems.
