Prepare, translate, and manage official correspondence in Arabic.
Liaise with MoE and other government authorities when required.
Maintain accurate records, student files, and official documentation.
Handle phone calls, emails, and front-office coordination professionally.
Support school administration with reports, letters, and data entry.
Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Arabic Secretary in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.
MoE approval is required.
Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking); English proficiency preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
