Job Purpose:
To provide a professional front-desk experience, manage bookings and customer communication, support sales activities, and contribute to improving customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome clients professionally upon arrival.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and social media messages.
- Address basic complaints and escalate issues to management when required.
2. Booking & Schedule Management
- Manage appointments using the approved booking system.
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings as needed.
- Coordinate schedules to avoid delays or conflicts.
- Follow up with late or no-show clients.
3. Social Media & Client Communication
- Respond to direct messages on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business,
etc.).
- Provide accurate information about services, prices, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow approved response templates and communication guidelines.
4. Sales Support
- Promote salon services, packages, and approved offers.
- Encourage re-booking and advance appointments.
- Support package sales without offering unauthorized discounts.
- Record sales opportunities and client feedback.
5. Client Feedback & Experience
- Collect client feedback after services.
- Document satisfaction levels and complaints.
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews.
- Report critical feedback to management immediately.
6. Inactive Client Follow-up
- Identify clients who have not visited for more than one month.
- Contact them in a professional, non-pushy manner.
- Record reasons for non-return and report findings.
7. Reporting & Customer Insights
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports covering:
Client types (new / returning / packages)
Most requested services
Peak and low periods
Common questions and complaints
- Provide observations to support customer experience improvement.
8. Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Follow salon policies, appearance standards, and work schedules.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with booking systems and digital communication tools.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Salary:
AED 2,000 - 2,500 depending on experience.
