The ideal candidate is persuasive, passionate about beauty, and fluent in Arabic to connect naturally with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities to grow the cosmetic division's market share.
Visit salons, spas, retail outlets, and pharmacies to promote products and secure orders.
Present and demonstrate cosmetic products, addressing client questions and highlighting key benefits.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management for strategy improvements.
Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions, product launches, and promotional events.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and customer feedback updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products.
Arabic-speaking candidate preferred due to regional client base.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
