The Sales Executive for the Coffee Division will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market presence, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's coffee products across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the coffee market.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Conduct product presentations, tasting sessions, and promotions to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the coffee product line.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities and trends in the coffee industry.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and maintain a professional image representing the brand.
Qualifications & Requirements
Female candidate with relevant experience in sales (coffee, FMCG, or hospitality sector preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, or the coffee market is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to handle client visits, fieldwork, and frequent outdoor sales activities.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling to cafes, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets.
Existing client network in the HORECA sector.
Multilingual (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
Work Conditions
Field-based role with regular market visits.
Must be available to join immediately or within short notice (optional based on your need).
