Leaders Education Centre is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an
Arabic Sales Consultant (B2C & B2B)
. This role is perfect for young professionals who are eager to grow in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective students through cold calling, providing expert course counselling, and contributing to marketing efforts to promote our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 70+ outbound calls per day to reach potential students and parents, introducing them to Leaders Education Centre's programs.
Promote training courses-offer personalised course counselling to guide students and parents in choosing the right courses and convert leads into enrolments.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, adopting a results-driven approach.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email campaigns, and on-ground events.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Centre's courses to effectively market them.
Innovate and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain students.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide regular updates to management.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
(B2C & B2B)
in an International company.
Arabic speaker-required
Fluency in English is required (Original Natural Accent)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
Proactive and creative, with a willingness to contribute to marketing initiatives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
