The Associate Manager - B2B Distribution will lead wholesale operations and expand Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle's retail partnerships across the region. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a robust network of wholesale and retail clients.
• Monitor sales performance and sell-through rates, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
• Implement wholesale distribution strategies and sales plans to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular store, client, and market visits to maximize trading opportunities.
• Drive sales performance to meet KPIs including net sales, profitability, and stock turnover.
• Provide analytical insights to operations, buying, and planning teams regarding product range, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Oversee in-division processes such as revenue management, cash handling, stock control, and administration.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in B2B distribution, sales operations, or channel management.
• Demonstrated success in boosting sales performance and managing wholesale accounts.
• Strong understanding of retail and lifestyle industry dynamics.
• Proven ability to build and manage long-term relationships with B2B partners, distributors, and retailers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Business-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
