Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing Workflow automation ,

AI Products and Services,

software development projects

Key Responsibilities:

Be the point of reference for after-sales customers, managing their needs and requests in a professional and timely manner Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on solution progress and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Manage end-to-end software development, Planning, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of multiple projects as per Standards. Knows how to leverage AI in the cycle and is familiar with AI Workflow Automation Control the status and successful delivery of all technology projects to ensure maximum business value. Recognizing and mitigating risk in the agreed delivery to the customer, managing and communicating any concerns to minimize impact Assist software engineering teams through distinct phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements management, application design, software development, software testing, and deployment. Assist with the implementation of established project management methodologies and governance standards aligned with the PMO's objectives. Participate in tenders and pre-project analysis, prepare relevant documentation(Commercial proposal, Functional requirements, Project charter, Resource budgeting).

Requirements:

Strong technical skills in AI, mobile and web applications, systems integration, quality assurance, and product release and support. Ability to develop detailed project and product plans, manage deadlines, and quickly grasp issues. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, Strong customer dealing skills Strong Familiarity with software development technologies ( Python, PHP , Laravel .Nodejs, CSS and other languages
