Responsibilities & Qualifications:



Arabic / English S/R/W/T - fluently Smart in answering telephone calls - taking notes - updating the SAIT employee who should take action - follow up with the SAIT employee if matter has been dealt with Can type both languages Word / Excel / Power Point Sense of Responsibility and commitment towards the company Can create a daily schedules Can prepare offers and letters Can file documents properly Can prepare for meetings and can take notes, then follow-up with Action Plans. Professional in the attitude Punctual in attendance No Social Media during office hours Minimum personal calls during office hours. Can join immediately.
