General Accountant

to join our finance team and support the financial backbone of our creative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and monthly closing activities Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulations Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals Support reporting for client billing, media spending, and campaign budgeting Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial tracking of projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in accounting; experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficient in accounting software ( ZOHO BOOKS) and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
