We are seeking a professional and friendly Arabic-speaking Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations at the reception area.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in Arabic and English.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Support other departments with communication and coordination when needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English .
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
