We are seeking a dynamic Arabic speaking Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in Custom software, AI, SAAS, Website Development and application sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients ( AI/SAAS/Website / Application Sales) and markets to expand our business.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct market analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients, Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Identify and address potential issues or challenges that may affect business growth and profitability
Stay updated on Industries ' trends and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
Have worked with Government representatives and projects
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
