Business Development Manager - Software Sales (DMS/ECM)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :

Focused on selling Document Management Systems / Enterprise Content Management (DMS/ECM) and other software solutions across the UAE
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for DMS and other software solutions
Build and maintain a strong network with enterprise-level clients across various industries
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
3 to 5 years of proven experience in software application sales; strong focus on Document Management Systems (DMS/ECM) is a plus
Valid UAE driving license with demonstrated experience navigating the UAE market
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or related IT field
Strong network of enterprise customers in the UAE with a proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
