Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1 Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns, recording accurate details of complaints, symptoms, or service requests.
2 Provide professional advice on required maintenance, repairs, and costs, gaining customer approval before work begins.
3 Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
4 Keep customers updated on job progress, additional findings, and delivery timelines.
5 Handle customer queries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
6 Promote value-added services, service packages, and special offers.
7 Ensure adherence to company, manufacturer, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements



?

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive service center or dealership.
?

Language:

Fluent in

Arabic

and proficient in

English

(spoken and written).
?

Technical knowledge:

Solid understanding of automotive systems and service processes.
?

Education:

Diploma or higher in Automotive, Mechanical, or related fields.
?

Soft skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
?

GCC/UAE experience preferred.
