Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for

customers

, ensuring seamless communication in

both Arabic and English

- Receive and inspect vehicles, document service needs, and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver timely and accurate repairs.
- Monitor job progress and ensure completion within promised timelines.
- Prepare invoices, manage vehicle handovers, and communicate future maintenance needs.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

?

Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written) - both are mandatory.
?

2-3 years of experience

as a

Service Advisor in the automotive sector

.
? Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical information to clients.
? Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive service workflows.
? UAE experience preferred;
