We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant cum Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist with accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations, maintain records, and coordinate travel arrangements.
2. Prepare invoices, process payments, and perform basic accounting duties.
3. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
4.Accurately enter data into accounting software.
5. Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations.
6. Provide Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Multitasking
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all warehouses.
9. Provide administrative assistance to the seniors ensuring in seamless day to day operations.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Diploma/ Degree in finance/management.
2. Experience: 1-2 years in administration and accounting.
3. Skills: Proficient in MS Office, accounting software and excellent communication.
4. Language: Fluent in English and Hindi
5. Must be ready to relocate near to office location.
