Excellent English Center is a well-established language and academic training institute in Dubai, committed to delivering top-quality education and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arab Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the center's language and academic programs via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions.
Understand client needs and provide personalized course recommendations.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Support marketing efforts and participate in promotional activities when required.
Provide complete and accurate information about courses, schedules, and registration procedures.
Work closely with the admin and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Prepare sales reports and communicate feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Arab nationality (open to both male and female applicants).
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an educational or training environment.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
