Description:
Genetic Callnet is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Institutional Sales Executive to manage institutional client accounts and drive revenue growth within the FMCG and vending sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong market connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven record in B2B sales across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow institutional client accounts within the FMCG and vending industry
Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
Leverage market knowledge and existing networks to increase sales opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports as required
Requirements:
3-5 years of UAE experience in institutional or B2B FMCG sales
Valid UAE driving license
Strong market connections and excellent communication skills
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
