Job Summary

The Approved ADNOC Job Performer (JP) - Electrical Projects is responsible for executing and supervising electrical works in full compliance with ADNOC standards, procedures, and HSE requirements. The role ensures that all electrical activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved project specifications and ADNOC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise electrical works in ADNOC projects as an approved Job Performer (JP). Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC electrical standards, codes, and approved procedures. Implement and follow ADNOC HSE policies, PTW (Permit to Work), and risk assessments. Review and adhere to approved Method Statements, ITPs, and work instructions. Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, supervisors, and project teams on site. Supervise electrical installations including: LV/MV electrical systems Cable laying, termination, and testing Earthing and bonding systems Panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are ADNOC approved and properly calibrated. Identify unsafe conditions, stop work when required, and report incidents or non-conformities. Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Maintain proper documentation and daily work records as per ADNOC requirements.
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Valid ADNOC Job Performer (JP) approval - Electrical Discipline (mandatory).

Knowledge of ADNOC Codes, Standards, and HSE requirements. Familiar with PTW systems and site safety procedures.
Experience

Minimum

2 years

experience in electrical works within oil & gas or industrial projects. Proven experience working on ADNOC projects is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of electrical installation and safety practices. Excellent understanding of ADNOC HSE, PTW, and risk management procedures. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under ADNOC site rules and operational constraints. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Work Environment

Site-based role in ADNOC operational areas. Strict adherence to ADNOC safety and operational requirements.
