Execute electrical tasks including installation, maintenance, cable pulling, termination, and troubleshooting of LV/MV systems in oil & gas environments.
Ensure safe job execution in line with ADNOC HSE guidelines and project specifications.
Liaise with Permit Issuers, Site Supervisors, and Safety Officers for permit approvals and job planning.
Perform pre-task risk assessments, toolbox talks (TBT), and hazard identification prior to work commencement.
Review electrical drawings, termination schedules, and loop diagrams to ensure compliance and proper execution.
Supervise electricians and helpers during on-site work activities.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to electrical safety practices (e.g., lockout/tagout - LOTO).
Report any unsafe acts, incidents, or near-misses immediately to the site HSE team and project management.

Minimum Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
At least
3-5 years of electrical experience
in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments, preferably with ADNOC projects.
Hands-on experience with MV/LV systems, cable laying, termination, panel installation, grounding, lighting systems, etc.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ADNOC's Permit to Work system.
Familiar with electrical testing tools and safety lockout procedures.
Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematics.
Ability to work independently and lead small electrical teams on-site.
High safety awareness and proactive problem-solving ability.
