Job Description

We, 800 CarGuru, "UAE's Largest Car Repair Service Provider", are looking for a Female ''Appointments Coordinator'' who is available to join immediately.

About:



800 CarGuru is "UAE's Largest Car Repair Service Provider" We have 2 State-of-the-Art Service Centers located in Dubai (Al Qouz 4 & Al Qouz 1) We have the Largest on-site Fleet, and we are available 24/7 for our customers. We reach our customer within 30 minutes We provide complete Automotive Support to our customers (Repair, Maintenance & Body Shop for Vehicles).

Work Experience Requirements:


Self Motivated Cheerful, positive, Presentable Clear communication skills (English / Urdu & Arabic is a plus) Multi-tasking / Time management Ability to establish and build Customer relationship Team Player

Contacting potential or existing customers by Company Leads to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answering questions about products/Services of the company Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Follow-up Customer retention/Satisfaction minimum Target achievement Other Duties assigned by the duty manager.

Working Hours: 09.00AM to 07.00 PM
