Application Support Lead (Contact Center)

Skills :
  • 5-10 years of expertise in IVR, CTI Integration
  • 5-10 years of expertise in Contact Center Telecommunications, Avaya PBX Phone Switch, SIP Protocol
  • 5-10 years of expertise in .NET Framework
  • Expertise in CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
  • Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Client, Office 365 and Power BI
