Provide
L1 & L2 remote banking server support
. ConfigureCloudWatch alarms, Auto-scaling, and Load Balancers
. Handleincident, problem, and change management
. OverseeL1 Linux Administration & 24/7 server operations
. Createtechnical documentation
inConfluence
. GenerateRCA & bug reports
usingJIRA
. Performserver commissioning/decommissioning
. Work onbanking applications (POS/ATM, eCommerce)
. Monitor applications usingtools, scripts, queries
. Deploy throughJenkins Pipeline
. Conductteam meetings, recruit, train, and document knowledge
. Design & managecloud platform strategies
. SupportCI/CD pipelines & multi-cloud solutions
. MaintainActive Directory, Splunk, Spectrum monitoring
. Deliverhigh-level customer service
remotely.Qualifications:
Bachelor's in
IT or related field
.3+ years in L1 & L2 support
. Expertise inAWS, Linux, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Splunk
. Strongtroubleshooting & stakeholder management
. Experience withfinancial/banking applications
. Ability to work in a24/7 environment
.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
. Understanding ofCI/CD automation
