What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for internet and mobile banking applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure seamless availability with minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to development or infrastructure teams when required
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive measures
• Manage application support and optimization using AWS services
• Collaborate on incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and banking regulations

Ideal Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in application support, preferably within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of internet and mobile banking platforms
• Hands-on experience with AWS for monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
