Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Application Lead to architect, design, and lead the development of enterprise-grade applications in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FHIR standards, API security, and modern application frameworks, with a strong focus on interoperability, compliance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and document scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with business and technology strategies.
Review and guide solution architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Lead the design and implementation of FHIR-compliant and RESTful APIs for healthcare interoperability.
Implement architectural patterns including microservices, event-driven architecture, and design patterns for scalability and resilience.
Ensure compliance with OWASP, HIPAA, and Payment Gateway standards.
Design and manage data solutions using MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Develop applications using .NET, Java (Spring Boot), and Angular.
Implement and manage API security, SSO using Keycloak, and secure mobile and web applications.
Utilize NGINX for API management and reverse proxy configurations.
Lead DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an Application Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role.
Strong expertise in:
FHIR, RESTful APIs, and interoperability standards
Java, .NET, Angular
