The related role includes:
Customer Relationship:
- Handling of administrative and operational matters of Almoayed Wilhelmsen Airfreight department.
- Fully responsible to be the contact person at AOG-Desk for any queries and response related to operational customer service.
Documentation & Transportation:
- Processing, coordinating and documenting all customer requirements.
- Monitoring and updating of all AOG movements.
- Performing and coordinating transport management tasks.
Customs:
- Process Ministry of Environment Approval procedure as required.
- Co-ordinate with clearance staff to arrange timely delivery of shipments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in handling AOG.
- Excellent spoken and written English .
-Abilities to include but not limited to - Decision Making, problem solving, -Working under stress, time management , multi-tasking, customer centric, persuasiveness and assertiveness.
- Independent and systematic work with changing requirements.
- Shift duty suitability (3-shift operation / 24/7 support).
- Knowledge of MS Office and related work system application.
- Tech and computer savvy.
- High degree of customer orientation.
- Flexibility.
