The related role includes:
Customer Relationship:
Handling of administrative and operational matters of Almoayed Wilhelmsen Airfreight department.
Fully responsible to be the contact person at AOG-Desk for any queries and response related to operational customer service.
Documentation & Transportation:
Processing, coordinating and documenting all customer requirements.
Monitoring and updating of all AOG movements.
Performing and coordinating transport management tasks.
Customs:
Process Ministry of Environment Approval procedure as required.
Co-ordinate with clearance staff to arrange timely delivery of shipments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in handling AOG.
Excellent spoken and written English .
-Abilities to include but not limited to - Decision Making, problem solving, -Working under stress, time management , multi-tasking, customer centric, persuasiveness and assertiveness.
Independent and systematic work with changing requirements.
