Job Description

Amusement Ride Operator will greet customers, manage the guest flow, and custodial ride to deliver an efficient and magical experience. In the gondola position, receives the passengers on the Gondola, engages with them as a Guide, manages passengers, and handles emergency situations. Basic Qualifications:

• Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing operation in Theme Parks, Adventure sports, or amusement ride industry particularly controlling an amusement ride

• Comfortable to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays

• Pleasing and bold personality, Good communication skills & service mindset

• A team player and be able to solve problems individually

• Energetic, patient, positive, proactive

• Physical demand includes prolonged standing in an open environment

• Be able to handle challenging situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time

• Fluent in English. Competence in conversational Arabic would be an advantage

• You will obtain the certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)

• Basic computer knowledge is a must.

• Use radio and respond to commands with background noise, for the duration of the shift

• Work outdoors and in varied light conditions including low or diminished lighting; maintain concentration/focus (e.g. ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedures)

All guests are required to adhere to the latest COVID-19 guidelines by the DHA or Ministry of Health. Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
