Cashier

Job Description
The Cashier welcomes and assists Guests, sells tickets, up-sells admission packages, and promotions, assists with special events and familiarizations, provides general information, and handles any Guest inquiries while delivering the highest Service Excellence experience possible. Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment or customer-facing operation in Theme Parks, Adventure sports, or amusement ride industry
- Comfortable to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays
- Pleasing personality, Good communication skills & service mindset
- A team player and be able to solve problems individually
- Energetic, patient, positive, proactive
- Be able to handle challenging situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time
- Fluent in English. Competence in conversational Arabic would be an advantage
- Use radio and respond to commands with background noise, for the duration of the shift.
All guests are required to adhere to the latest COVID-19 guidelines by the DHA or Ministry of Health. Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Cashier: 1 year (Required)
