• Review alerts generated by monitoring systems to identify transactions that may require further review.
• Evaluate financial data and client activities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Maintain complete and accurate records within case management and tracking systems.
• Prepare summaries and reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and action steps.
• Use risk-based assessment methods to evaluate the level of compliance exposure for specific transactions or accounts.
• Recognize activity trends and provide suggestions to strengthen monitoring processes.
• Escalate matters that need higher-level review to the compliance management team.
• Follow organizational policies and local financial control regulations to maintain compliance and transparency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking or financial compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, monitoring tools, and risk evaluation practices.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office and data analysis applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality.
