We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

AML Advisor (Business Development role)

to join our compliance and advisory team. The role focuses on providing AML advisory services to clients operating in

regulated entities

, while actively driving business growth through client acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

AML advisory and compliance support

to clients operating in regulated entities (UAE-focused). Advise clients on

AML/CFT frameworks, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

. Achieve assigned

calling, meeting, and revenue targets

on a monthly basis. Generate leads through

networking, referrals, business meetings, and market outreach

. Conduct client presentations and explain AML service offerings clearly and confidently. Coordinate with internal compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures in CRM systems. Stay updated on

UAE AML regulations and regulatory developments

.
Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in AML, compliance advisory, or related business development roles. Prior experience dealing with

regulated entities

is mandatory. Strong understanding of

UAE AML/CFT regulations

. Proven ability to work under

targets (calls, meetings, revenue)

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Self-motivated with strong networking abilities. UAE experience is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications

AML/CAMS or similar compliance certification (preferred, not mandatory). Experience in compliance advisory firms, consulting firms, or regulated environments.
