Sand and Sea Montessori is seeking an experienced Montessori Professional to join our team as a Montessori Teacher, Materials & Curriculum Coordinator.
Requirements:
AMI / AMS Montessori Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Montessori curriculum coordination
Montessori classroom preparation
Individual Montessori lesson planning and preparation for Kindergarten and Primary levels
Montessori assessments and parent-teacher conferences
Staff training and mentoring
Conducting workshops for parents and teachers
Planning and supporting Montessori-focused marketing strategies
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, in-depth Montessori knowledge, and the ability to support both academic excellence and the overall growth of the school.
