Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our early learning team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and hands-on experience in guiding children through self-directed learning in a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities. Create a stimulating, safe, and caring classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate developmental records. Introduce Montessori materials and guide children in their proper use. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through structured play and interactive learning. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates. Collaborate with colleagues to plan events, field trips, and school activities. Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and order according to Montessori principles. Attend staff meetings, training programs, and workshops as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Certification in Montessori Education from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young children and supporting holistic development. Ability to manage a mixed-age classroom effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of child psychology and early learning development stages. Creativity in lesson planning and activity design. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for early education.
