Role Overview:

AMEA payroll (mainly for Africa) spread across many countries. Currently 4 teams are involved in delivery: Aggreko HR, Deloitte, Aggreko Finance and Wipro. The role is to manage the work process to ensure payroll gets delivered on time with highest quality.

What you\'ll do:

To ensure a consistent process is designed and operated for all countries (plus continuous improvement).

To monitor the performance of the process and the providers (Deloitte; Iservices; and Egybell).

To control the management of business centres and departments.

To control GL booking provided by providers before booking by Wipro.

To control the management of payroll related accounts financial activities.

To ensure shadow payroll are prepared for expatriates where/when required.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the following skills and experience:

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification

Good knowledge of payroll and tax payroll accounting,

Understanding of the structure of BC and departments in Aggreko.

Understanding of booking rules in Aggreko Africa i.e. projects BC = service category booked in 72xxx, overheads in 82xxx

French language: No need to be fluent as providers speak English but very useful to have enough knowledge to understand the payroll ledgers of the French speaking countries,

Strong process and control minded,

Rigorous with numbers

Driven by deliverables, determined at getting things done and issues corrected.
