Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Aluminum Technician

to carry out fabrication and installation of aluminum works in factory and/or site environments. The role requires hands-on experience in aluminum systems, ability to read drawings, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and install aluminum works including windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, louvers, and cladding Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details Operate aluminum fabrication machines and hand tools safely Carry out cutting, assembling, fitting, and glazing works as per specifications Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings Report material shortages, defects, or technical issues to the supervisor Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Follow HSE rules and safe working practices at factory and site
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience as an Aluminum Technician Hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication and/or installation Ability to read and understand shop drawings Knowledge of aluminum profiles, accessories, sealants, and glazing works Physically fit and able to work at site and factory UAE/GCC experience preferred
Preferred Skills

Experience in facade, curtain wall, and glazing systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic communication skills
