Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Aluminum Factory Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day production activities in an aluminum fabrication factory. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with engineering, QA/QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fabrication of aluminum and facade components.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operations including cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing of aluminum products Allocate work to technicians and operators and monitor productivity and efficiency Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved shop drawings, production schedules, and quality standards Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, and quality compliance Monitor material usage, wastage, and inventory in coordination with stores and procurement Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment Enforce HSE policies and safe working practices within the factory Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress and issues Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities to site
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in aluminum fabrication factories Strong hands-on knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and machinery Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and production details Experience supervising factory technicians, operators, and helpers Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures UAE/GCC experience preferred

Strong leadership and team management abilities Good planning and problem-solving skills Ability to work under production deadlines
