We are looking for a skilled and responsible
Factory Supervisor
to oversee daily operations at our marble processing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production, ensure product quality, coordinate with workers, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations in cutting, polishing, and finishing marble slabs and tiles.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain machinery and equipment schedules; coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.
Prepare daily production and labor reports for management.
Manage inventory of materials, tools, and consumables.
Train and guide workers on machine operation and quality procedures.
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Strong knowledge of cutting, polishing, and finishing machines (bridge cutters, CNC, edge polishers, etc.).
