We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced
Aluminium Foreman
to oversee aluminium fabrication and installation works at various project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site teams, ensuring quality control, and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate aluminium fabrication and installation works (doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, etc.)
Manage daily operations of the fabrication at site.
Ensure timely delivery of projects according to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
Report progress and site issues to the Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium fabrication & installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of aluminium systems .
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
Familiarity with safety protocols and site compliance.
Good communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license (preferred).
