Job Description

The Aluminium Foreman is responsible for supervising aluminium fabrication and installation works, ensuring projects are completed on time, with high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily aluminium fabrication and installation activities. Assign tasks to fabricators, installers, and helpers. Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists. Ensure materials, tools, and machines are properly used and maintained. Monitor production to meet project deadlines and client requirements. Check the quality of frames, doors, windows, curtain walls, pergolas, etc. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors. Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow proper procedures. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Solve technical issues and guide workers when required.

Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years experience as Aluminium Foreman in UAE. Strong knowledge of aluminium systems Ability to read drawings and measure accurately. Good leadership and team management skills. Understanding of site safety and quality control. Communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu added advantage).
