Responsibilities

Position Description:

. To ensure Weatherford ALS are providing the highest quality of service with our operations to clients, with an emphasis on QHSE, and are maximizing prospective business opportunities within the marketplace through technical solutions, client support and increasing profitability to the Weatherford organization.

Core Competencies & Capabilities

. Proper and accurate recording of operation parameters as requested by the field supervisor.

. Being aware of the operation monitoring and maintenance.

. Keeping accurate records of the consumables and tools.

. Assist others in the group with job preparation and commissioning

. Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the ALS supervisor within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.

A schedule is set by Training and development in assessing a person's knowledge, skills and attitude (ability) against pre-defined standards.

The framework of Weatherford Competence Assurance Process (WCAP) is dictated by the principle that as employee tenure with the organization increased exposure and more complex activities.

Training level coverage:

. Product Line Core - To have minimum knowledge of core processes, basic processes, products, services or equipment.

. Product Line Bolt-On - a number of units, often complexity or specialty equipment based, which could be function or region specific.

. Work area within your own responsibility is kept clean and free of hazards

. Positive action is taken to stop hazards and unsafe behaviours

. Alarms are raised as appropriate and/or acted upon using applied policies and procedures or initiative

. Colleagues and subcontractors are alerted ASAP of any hazards or potentially dangerous changing conditions

. All potential and actual incidents are reported to the relevant supervisor

Emergency Response

. Carry Out Emergency Response Role

. Demonstrate competence during Emergency Response Drills and training exercises

Qualifications

. Minimum of 2 years' experience related to oilfield operations

. Experience of working in a high H2S oil & gas facility is desirable.

. Experience of working in a ALS jobs.

. To have high school or higher degree

. Good English language communication skills, spoken & written

. Knowledge of: MS Computer Software including Word, Excel , Outlook, Access and PowerPoint

. Technical: Appropriate standard of technical knowledge as defined by competencies
