Preparing detailed technical installation and troubleshooting procedures Champions new growth and product ideas; leads special projects that have cross regional or cross business implications Develops processes and procedures to understand competition and input to market lead pricing propositions for designated areas Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met Keep detailed records for tracking, trends, inventory, and stats Prospect for potential new opportunities and turn this into increased business Build positive relationships with clients Support for initial failure analysis and immediate technical recommendations and reports all developments in a timely manner to line management Initiates and actively participates in problem solving and continuous Improvement processes (including failures, Quality Improvement Processes, and organizational planning and enhancements) Carefully prepares and provides in a timely manner regular monthly reports, inventory reports and other requirements requested by line management Actively promotes good performance through generation and submission of knowledge sharing documentation
