Job Summary
The Allocator will be responsible for executing accurate stock allocation strategies to stores across various regions. This includes launching seasonal merchandise, managing replenishment, maintaining master data files, and supporting business performance through allocation analytics and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

• Allocate seasonal stock launches and coordinate new store setups
• Adjust stock levels based on sales performance and demand forecasting
• Maintain accurate size ratios and ensure 100% availability of core lines
• Create and maintain purchase orders, delivery orders, and stock flags
• Monitor and analyze stock availability versus GRN (goods received note)
• Generate reports to track allocation accuracy and stock fulfillment
• Support special stock movements for campaigns or events
• Maintain clean system data including BTF and ratio settings
• Assist in store communications and visual merchandising planning

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate preferred)
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the fashion retail sector as an allocator

Skills:

• Strong Excel and computer skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Clear communicator with an optimistic and proactive approach
• Analytical mindset and strong reporting abilities
• Passion for retail with a results-driven attitude
