Job Description
1. Be responsible for English presentation and technical communication of public/private cloud products and solutions with Alibaba Cloud\'s customers in MEA region; 2. At the key stage of project, the candidate should be able to coordinate and organize the resources of China R&D and Platform Department to support the project; 3. Coordinating and organizing resources of China R&D and Platform Department to support POC test or demo demonstration; 4. Periodical customer visiting and customer relationship maintenance;
1. Bachelor degree or above, who is required to understand the product of public cloud and using of it or the solution output of private cloud, both is preferred; 2. Be able to communicate products and solutions with customers in English; 3. At least 3 years of pre-sales technical support experience in public/private cloud; 4. Have good communication ability and excellent team cooperation ability, positive and optimistic, serious and responsible, willing to cooperate; 5. Be able to travel irregularly in MEA area;
