As an Agent, Airport Services, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and ensuring compliance with airport regulations. Your friendly and professional demeanor, along with your excellent customer service skills, will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our passengers.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist passengers during the check-in process.
Handle baggage drop-off and provide baggage assistance.
Ensure proper boarding procedures and flight announcements.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft.
Address passenger inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
Collaborate with airline partners and ground handling agents.
Comply with airport security and safety regulations.
Monitor flight schedules and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aviation is a plus.
Proven experience as an Airport Services Agent or in customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle passenger inquiries effectively.
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Empathetic and patient, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using airport systems and technology.
Familiarity with airport operations and procedures is advantageous.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
